Tofi Caroline Adedoyin

Founder of AJOSEPO

She is the force behind AJOSEPO—a brand born from resilience, ambition, and an unshakable belief in the power of self-expression. Her journey, shaped by personal and professional challenges, led her to create a space where jewellery isn’t just an accessory but a statement of confidence and intention. With AJOSEPO, she redefines modern luxury, proving that true success comes from taking a chance on yourself.

What inspired you to create AJOSEPO, and what does it represent to you?
AJOSEPO was born from a desire to create jewellery that speaks to modern women—pieces that feel effortless yet elevated, refined yet bold. I wanted to design jewellery that complements the kind of women who move with purpose, who command a room without saying a word. AJOSEPO represents confidence, intentionality, and a quiet kind of luxury that doesn’t chase trends but instead becomes part of your signature.

Building a jewellery brand from the ground up takes vision and precision. What has been the most defining moment in your journey so far?
There have been a few, but seeing AJOSEPO worn by women I admire—women at the top of their industries, making an impact in their own ways, friends of mine—has been incredibly affirming. This, and launching the brand itself—taking it from an idea to something real, something tangible has been exhilarating and defining.

Your designs speak to confident, professional women. How does jewellery play a role in self-expression and power dressing?
Jewellery is subtle, but it’s telling. The right piece can shift how you feel—it can sharpen an outfit, add intrigue, or become a signature. For women who operate in high-powered spaces or aspire to be part of such spaces, the details matter. It’s about intentionality—wearing something that feels like you, that enhances without overpowering, that speaks to who you are before you even introduce yourself.

AJOSEPO has already caught the attention of some incredible women. How does it feel to see your pieces worn by trailblazers across different industries?
It’s powerful. These women are at the top of their game—CEOs, creatives, decision-makers—but it has also captured the attention of aspiring leaders too. So, knowing that AJOSEPO fits seamlessly into their lives is something I don’t take lightly. It’s not just about the jewellery; it’s about the alignment. If they choose to wear AJOSEPO, it means the brand resonates on a deeper level. That, to me, is the biggest success.

The jewellery industry is competitive. What sets AJOSEPO apart, and how do you approach building something truly distinctive?
I don’t chase noise. AJOSEPO isn’t about fast fashion or overproduced designs—it’s about curation, craftsmanship, and intentionality. Every piece is considered and designed for longevity and presence. The women who wear AJOSEPO know that. It’s about more than just jewellery; it’s about the energy it carries, the statement it makes without effort. That’s what makes it distinctive.

You are building a strong network of women who support and uplift each other. What does female solidarity mean to you?
It’s everything. The most powerful thing women can do is open doors for each other. Success means nothing if you’re the only one in the room—you need to bring others in, create space, and amplify voices. AJOSEPO has been embraced by incredible women who lead, build, and create, and that kind of support is mutual. When one of us rises, we all do.

What’s your favourite or most worn AJOSEPO piece, and how do you love to style it?
Right now, I keep reaching for The Ailopin I Silver Earrings—it’s minimal yet striking, the kind of piece that works with everything but still stands out. I love pairing it with a sharp blazer, a crisp white shirt, jeans and mules, or just a clean, monochrome (preferably all-black) look. I like jewellery that feels like an extension of me—understated but with presence.

What’s one piece of advice you’d give to women looking to carve their own path—whether in business, fashion, or life?
Move with intention. Don’t just chase opportunities—create them. Own your space, trust your instincts, and don’t be afraid to stand apart. The women who make the biggest impact aren’t the ones who try to fit in; they’re the ones who redefine the standard.
