Jewellery Themes
All our earrings and rings are either crafted from certified 925 recycled sterling silver with anti-tarnish or gold vermeil—2.5 microns of solid 18-carat gold carefully plated on certified 925 sterling silver.
Some of our bracelets and necklaces are crafted from high-quality recycled brass, expertly layered on white bronze, palladium, and silver with anti-tarnish or 2.5 microns of 18k solid gold.
Our gemstone collection utilises natural stones. Since these stones are natural, there might be some colour variation.

No! All our jewellery is hypoallergenic and entirely nickel-free.
This is dependent on how often you wear your jewellery and how you take care of your pieces. We utilise 2.5 microns of 18-carat solid gold for our plated pieces, which ensures that the finish is durable and five times thicker than average gold plating.
Nonetheless, do exercise caution by a) taking your jewellery off before showering b) taking off your rings before washing your hands; and c) not applying body lotions, oils, perfumes, or sprays directly on your jewellery.
Additionally, do ensure you store your pieces in the jewellery bag we provided as part of your order and keep your piece(s) away from direct sunlight and moisture as this practice will also ensure the gold-plating lasts longer. However, do note that gold-plating will wear out over time.
Do apply body lotions, oils, perfumes, or sprays before you wear your jewellery, as these products can tarnish the gold plating.

Orders and Payment Themes
Choose the product(s) you would like to purchase by clicking “Add To Cart”.
At this stage, you can either continue shopping or place your order. When you have finished shopping, go to your shopping cart, and click “Checkout”, fill in your complete contact information and shipping address and click ‘Continue’.
Next, choose your preferred shipment method and continue to ‘Payment’. You can either choose to utilise Apple Pay or Google Pay for a faster check-out experience OR you can fill out your debit or credit card information, choose your billing address and place your order.
This is because the product is sold out. You can always send us an e-mail at hello@ajosepo.com, and we can notify you when the product is back in stock.
After you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that we have received your order and are processing it. Once your product(s) has been shipped, you will receive a Track and Trace number that enables you to track the shipment until it is successfully delivered to you.
We are unable to redirect orders once they have left our warehouse, so please ensure you provide a shipping address where you will be available to receive your order.
We do not deliver to PO Box numbers, British Forces Post Office, Mail Forwarding Addresses and Temporary Residence Addresses. This is to ensure the safe delivery of your order.
Yes, for security reasons all orders will require your signature.
You will receive a Track and Trace number upon dispatch, so you can track the shipment until it is successfully delivered to you.
Do email us at hello@ajosepo.com, and we can cancel your order. However, note that we pack orders until 5 pm BST/GMT on weekdays and 1 pm BST/GMT on Saturdays, so if you place a wrong order after these times, we will be unable to cancel the order and you will have to wait until the order is delivered to you and you can then return it to us. Once we receive the wrong order, we can send out the desired product(s) to you.
Do notify us of the issue via email hello@ajosepo.com. Next, you will have to return the order to us. Once we have received the incorrect product(s), we will ensure to ship the right item(s) to you.
You will have to return the item(s) you want exchanged first and then place a new order to obtain the product(s) you want. Please see the ‘Returns and Refunds Themes’ for further information. Shipment and Delivery Themes
Sometimes, it can take a couple of business days for the carrier to register your package’s shipment status. Nonetheless, if you require further information, do contact us via email at hello@ajosepo.com, specifying your order number and we will track and trace your order.
Our UK prices include free delivery costs, VAT, taxes, and other fees. If you are outside the UK, you may be required to pay additional local taxes and duties upon receiving your order, for which AJOSEPO cannot be held responsible. These local duties and taxes are your responsibility as the customer.

Returns and Refunds Themes
You have the legal right of cancellation without any reason, so long as it is within 14 days from the delivery date. We offer free returns for customers in the UK. Customers outside the UK will have to pay the return shipment costs themselves.
If you wish to return an item, you must return the product(s) in the same condition as when you received it. Upon receipt of your return, we will ensure that we promptly investigate that the product(s) was returned in a satisfactory condition, and subsequently return your funds to the original payment method used to place the order.

Do ensure that the product(s) are properly packed in the original packaging the order came in. Also, do ensure that the product(s) are in the same condition as it was delivered to you.
Once we have received your returned package, we will ensure that your funds are released to the original payment method.
Within 14 days from the date we received your cancellation notice. Kindly note that we will refund your original payment method.

In the unlikely event this occurs, please email us at hello@ajosepo.com with your order number, and we will cancel it. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will have to wait until you receive the order and then return it to us.
