AJỌṢEPỌ Limited will be referred to as “AJỌṢEPỌ”.
Any reference to “we”, “us”, or “ours” is a reference to AJỌṢEPỌ.
Any reference to “you” or “yours” is a reference to any user of this Website.

1.2 By visiting our site and or purchasing product signatures from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms.

We reserve the right to change, update, or replace any part of these Terms by posting changes and or updates to our Website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Section 2. Pricing
2.1 Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

2.2 The prices on the Website are shown in Pound Sterling (GBP), EU (EUR), or US Dollar (USD), depending on your location.

2.3 Please note that all prices include UK VAT and relevant duties. If you are outside the UK, you may be required to pay additional local taxes and duties upon receiving your order, for which AJỌṢEPỌ cannot be held responsible. These local duties and taxes are your responsibility as the customer. If you refuse the parcel due to local duties, it will be returned to AJỌṢEPỌ. Please be aware that AJỌṢEPỌ is not liable for these duties and taxes, as we have no control over customs clearance fees. For information on customs regulations specific to your country, please contact your local post office or customs office.

Section 3. Duty Delivery Paid in Selected Territories
3.1 Orders to the United Kingdom will be sent with VAT and all relevant fees already paid.

3.2 United States: All orders below USD 800 are free of import duties and taxes.

Section 4. Terms of Payment
4.1 We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, Union Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

4.2 Upon confirmation of your order, we will reserve the payable amount on your card. We will only debit the funds from your account when the goods are shipped by us.

Section 5. Delivery & Shipment
5.1 AJỌṢEPỌ sends packages with FedEx and DHL in the United Kingdom and DHL, FedEx, or UPS, to international destinations. All shipments are insured, and your Track & Trace information is emailed to you upon dispatch.
Delivery timescales are dependent on the country of delivery; however, express shipping typically arrives within 1-3 business days and standard shipping arrives within 2-5 business days.

Do note that in some instances, delivery can take 8-10 business days.

Further, the delivery timescales are a guide, and AJỌṢEPỌ accepts no responsibility for delays in customs practices.

5.2 The express shipping prices may vary as this is dependent on the country of delivery. However, the express shipping prices are shown and added at check-out on AJỌṢEPỌ. However, do note that we offer free standard shipping on all orders in the UK.

We also offer free standard shipping on all orders above €200 to the EU/ $250 to the United States and the rest of the world.

Section 6. Exchange of Products
6.1 We are currently unable to offer exchanges. Please return the product for a refund and subsequently place a new order for your preferred product.

Section 7. Returns
7.1 You have the legal right to cancel the purchase agreement without justification within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. The cancellation deadline is met if you send us a notification at hello@ajosepo.com before the deadline and ship the product(s) without unreasonable delay after the notice.

7.2 The product(s) must be returned in the original packaging. You must ensure that the product(s) are properly packed as you are responsible for the packaging until AJỌṢEPỌ receives it. The product(s) you return must be in the same condition as it was received. If the product(s) has been visibly used, you will lose your right to cancellation. We cannot accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

7.3 Please return the product(s) to: AJỌṢEPỌ LIMITED, 47 Abram Building, 7 Riverscape Walk, London, E16 2RA. Please note your order reference number on your parcel before you return it, so we can easily detect your order. We recommend that you save the postal receipt as proof that you have returned the product(s).

7.4 We offer free returns for customers in the UK. Customers outside the UK will have to cover the return shipment expenses themselves.

7.5 Once your returned items arrive back at our studio and have been inspected by our team, we will refund the amount you paid for your product(s) excluding the original shipping charges (if applicable) and any taxes or import duties incurred (if applicable). We will ensure you are refunded no later than 14 days after receiving the returned product(s).

7.6 The refund will be returned to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or deemed necessary.

Section 8. Returns from the EU and outside the EU
8.1 When returning products from the EU and outside the EU, you must add a commercial invoice to your return parcel. If the commercial invoice is missing on your parcel, you run the risk of the parcel being returned to you.

Section 9. Faulty and/or Incorrect Product
9.1 If your product becomes defective or a wrong product(s) has been delivered to you, please contact our customer service at hello@ajosepo.com and we will support you with a replacement. When contacting customer service, please include your order number and a description of the issue in your e-communication to us.

9.2 If your package appears to be damaged or ripped open, or you can ascertain the defect at the time your items are being delivered, please refuse receipt of the products.

Section 10. Warranty
10.1 The Sale of Goods Act provides you with a 2-year warranty. Our warranty covers manufacturing and metal defects and flaws identified during the product’s standard use.

Kindly note that the warranty does not cover errors, damages, or wear directly or indirectly caused by incorrect use, poor maintenance, and or natural acidity emanating from your skin’s PH.

All claims regarding manufacturing and metal defects must be communicated to us at hello@ajosepo.com within a reasonable timeframe.

Depending on the specific situation, you can have either product exchanges, refunds, or a price reduction. However, to exercise your warranty rights, you must provide valid proof of the date of purchase.
Specific to the warranty situation, AJỌṢEPỌ covers return shipment costs to a reasonable extent.

Section 11. Data Privacy & Cookies
11.1 When ordering from AJỌṢEPỌ.COM, we will collect personal data regarding billing and shipment to fulfil the purchase agreement.

12.1 If you want to make a complaint about your purchase or AJỌṢEPỌ’s actions, you are welcome to contact us at hello@ajosepo.com. Please provide us with your order reference number as well as your full name and contact details, so we can investigate the matter.

12.2 Additionally, you can also lodge a complaint with Citizens Advice in England and Wales, Advice Direct Scotland in Scotland, and Consumerline in Northern Ireland.

12.3 The European Commission’s online complaints portal can also be utilised when submitting a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country.

Section 13. Applicable Laws and Jurisdictions
13.1 The laws of the United Kingdom shall apply to all parties of These Terms.

13.2 The exclusive venue for jurisdiction for all disputes relating to these Terms shall be London, UK.
