LIFE... IN LONDON LATELY

LIFE... IN LONDON LATELY

Since returning from France, we've been settling back into London life — splitting our time between Notting Hill and West Silvertown and quietly pouring a lot of energy into AJOSEPO and a few exciting projects we're not quite ready to talk about yet.

More on those soon.

In between, we've been eating, drinking and generally enjoying our way around the city. September in London has always felt like a particularly good time to be here: summer hasn't completely disappeared, everyone is slowly returning to the city, and there's that unmistakable feeling of a new season beginning.

A few places have been making life particularly enjoyable lately.

Corner Shop in Temple remains one of our favourite bakeries in London. Camille in Borough is a more recent discovery — go for wonderfully flavourful French food. The Newman has quickly become one of our favourite London hotels.

And then there's home. The stretch towards the end of Portobello Road, from Layla Bakery and further down towards Lisa's, remains our little slice of heaven. However much of London we explore, there's something particularly lovely about having a corner of the city that feels entirely your own.

For now, we're working, eating well, wandering around our favourite neighbourhoods and watching London slowly turn towards autumn.
